HR Connect was framed as a mobile-first employee self-service experience that puts profile data, start date, work site, dorm and accommodation context, salary visibility, tax-aware deductions, payslips, and working hours into one coherent flow. The supporting admin console extends that experience into employee directory management, payroll oversight, and salary-slip operations so the employee view and HR operations stay aligned.
