OIC Risk Protector was built as an application-based insurance education game for the Center of InsurTech, Thailand under the Office of Insurance Commission. Instead of presenting insurance concepts as static content, the product turned them into a competitive quiz-and-simulation loop where players learned how different types of coverage help in situations like illness, fire, accidents, and natural disasters, while progressing through a city-building game layer designed to keep the experience approachable for high-school and university students.
"The most distinctive part of the project was that it did not stop at shipping the game. It was launched as a live competitive program with bi-weekly tournaments, rewards for top scorers, and a final round event at Thailand InsurTech Fair 2022."
